Chapman's Ice Cream is one of the few companies in Canada who have adapted their own gluten free line. Not only do the have a list of gluten free, they have a wide range of products that are peanut free, lactose free, no sugar added, low fat and naturally flavoured.

Each comes with a clearly labeled Gluten Free symbol and according to Chapman's Canada:

The products with the Gluten Free symbol are guaranteed to be Gluten Free. They are tested before they are releasted [sic] for sale and run on dedicated lines.
